Hi, I’m Rachelle!
I’m an Atlanta-based product manager with over four years of experience building products that span the healthcare system. I have managed multiple products simultaneously at Florence, which streamline document management workflows in clinical trials. Prior to that, I provided implementation and change management support for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) with the Cerner EHR implementation. I also have extensive experience in consulting and hospital revenue cycle management. I have my Masters in Public Health (MPH) and hold certifications as a Certified Change Management Practitioner (CCMP), and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
Outside of work, I am an avid TV binger, traveler, baker/cook, video gamer, and aspiring dog sport handler!
My Strengths as a Product Manager
Stakeholder Management and Collaboration
I partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to understand, scope, and solve business challenges.
Discovery
I am a lifelong learner and always seeking the answers to user problems. I love to understand a user’s workflow and work with them to understand their pain points.
Roadmapping and Prioritization
I develop and maintain roadmaps with business, market and customer-oriented KPIs at the forefront.
Change Management
A lot of product development requires change. I use my blend of product management and change management experience to make these transitions as seamless as possible.
Documentation
I develop comprehensive, coherent, and detailed product requirement documentation (PRDs) and other artifacts to maximize scrum team delivery.
Empathy
I take time to understand my users, my team, and those I work with on a daily basis. Knowing their challenges and pain points helps me make better products.
